At Welove, we want you to be completely enamored with your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. All products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
